By creating an account or using We Met, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter this agreement.

Service

We Met provides verified listener profiles, exclusive listener posts, private direct messages and browser voice calls. Listener availability, connection quality and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

Listener memberships

An Exclusive membership costs ₹399 per billing cycle and applies only to the listener selected at checkout. While active, it unlocks that listener’s exclusive photos and direct messages. Each listener requires a separate membership. Memberships renew through Razorpay until cancelled; turning off renewal preserves access through the current paid period.

Calls and wallet

Calling never requires an Exclusive membership. Every call requires prepaid talk-time in the main customer wallet, including random calls and calls to an Exclusive listener. Talk-time is billed by connected second and the call ends when the balance reaches zero.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, threats, hate, coercion, impersonation, fraud, explicit requests, requests for private contact details, and attempts to bypass platform safeguards are prohibited.

Accounts and listener approval

Customer and listener accounts use verified mobile numbers. Self-created listener accounts remain unavailable to customers until an administrator approves the required voice-verification recording. Admin-created listeners may be approved immediately unless the admin enables voice verification. Keep passwords and OTPs confidential.

Limits

Listeners provide general conversation. They do not provide emergency response, medical care, legal advice, financial advice or professional counselling.
